Sutton Safe Roads group and Cllr Matt Barney have been working with Notts County Council to try and implement a speed limit reduction on both Trowell and Hungary Lane Sutton Bonington.

2) The reduction of speed limit on Trowell Lane from 60mph to 50mph

Two way temporary traffic signals will be located outside the Rose and Crown Public House on Monday 20th January to allow VIA East Midlands access to replace a light column in the footway. Read More »

The Parish Council have just been notified by Network Rail that Marle Pit Hill will only be closed at night time for investigation work during week commencing 20th January, this will be for one week and not a full closure as they had previously advised us.
