Zouch Bridge Replacement News
Leicestershire County Council has appointed Eric Wright Civil Engineering to construct the replacement bridge over the River Soar and, when this is complete, will remove the existing bridge. See newsletter attached.

Sutton Bonington Primary School joined Equals Trust on 1 September 2024, and they are keen to maintain its character within the community that it serves. Village defibrillators - locations
The parish council have been working hard to ensure that all the defibrillators in the village are working efficiently and are pleased to announce that we have replaced and/or renewed all machines and cabinets throughout the parish. The parish council would like to thank Cllr Janet Burgess for all hard work on this project.

Defibrillator training
The Parish Council have arranged for defibrillator training sessions on Wednesday 20th and Monday 25th November at 7.00 PM on the village hall. The session will last for 90 minutes.

Sutton Bonington Conservation Area - public consultation
Revised proposals for the Sutton Bonington Conservation Area will be available for a period of public consultation beginning on Friday 18th October until Monday 11th November 2024.
A consultation event will be held at the Village Hall on Monday 28th October from 4pm until 7pm where council staff will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
